Renames the "West Islip Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to the "West Islip Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association" and changes it from a membership corporation to a not-for-profit corporation

Expands the corporation's stated purposes to include providing relief and assistance to disabled, indigent, or injured volunteer members and their families, promoting member welfare, maintaining headquarters, and providing for member health and safety

Updates references to the general municipal law and insurance law sections to reflect current statutory numbering (section 200, sections 9104 and 9105)

Broadens the permitted use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes from solely "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to all purposes set forth in the corporation's amended purpose section

Tax amendments apply to premiums received on and after January 1, 2026, with all other provisions taking effect immediately
