Reports must include the number of succession applications received, dates of receipt, whether applications were granted or denied, and reasons for any denials

Defines "right of succession" as the right to a rent stabilized renewal lease or rent control eviction protection for eligible family members who lived with a tenant before that tenant permanently vacated or died

Takes effect on January 1 following enactment
