Amends Civil Rights Law Section 40-b to add "sporting events" to the list of places of public entertainment and amusement protected under wrongful admission and ejection rules

Prohibits owners, managers, or employees of sporting events from refusing admission to anyone over 21 who presents a valid ticket a reasonable time before the event begins

Prevents ejection of ticketholders during a performance, regardless of whether a refund is offered

Maintains existing exceptions allowing refusal or ejection for abusive/offensive conduct or speech, or activity that may lead to a breach of the peace

Expands the current law, which already covers theaters, music halls, opera houses, concert halls, and circuses, to now include sporting events
