Defines "boneless lean beef trimmings" (commonly called "pink slime") as an industrial product created by passing bones through a centrifuge after mechanical trimming to salvage remaining meat, then treating with ammonia gas as a disinfectant

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law

Amends the education law by adding a new section 915-a
