Requires the Commissioner of Education to mandate separate state interscholastic athletic championships for public schools and non-public schools

Applies to the Public Schools Athletic League, New York State Public High School Athletic Association, and other high school interscholastic athletic associations

Prohibits public and non-public schools from competing against each other in any interscholastic athletic competitions held prior to state championships for a particular sport

Takes effect on July 1st following enactment, with authority to implement necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage
