Authorizes the Town of Huntington in Suffolk County to discontinue parkland use and transfer approximately 1.65 acres of land in Halesite to the Huntington African American Museum for exhibits and events

Requires the town to dedicate funds equal to or greater than the fair market value of the alienated parkland toward acquiring new parklands or making capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities

The parkland is located at the intersection of Mill Dam Road and New York Avenue (N.Y.S. Route 110)

If federal funding was used for the parkland's purchase, maintenance, or improvement, the town must comply with federal requirements and obtain approval from the Secretary of the Interior before the transfer can occur
