Insurers cannot terminate a dental provider's network contract because the provider refuses to allow third-party access to their services and discounted rates

Insurers must provide dentists with a written list of all third parties accessing their network rates at contract signing, maintain a website updated every 90 days listing all third parties, and notify providers 30 days before any new third-party contract takes effect

Third parties must identify the source of any contractual discount on each payment remittance sent to providers, and insurers must provide a copy of the relevant provider network contract within 30 days of a provider's request

Third-party access to a provider's discounted rates terminates when the underlying provider network contract ends, and contracts cannot contain provisions waiving these notice requirements
