Requires the chief administrator of the courts to establish an online payment option for posting bail, fines, mandatory surcharges, court fees, and other court-related payments

Allows payments to be made by credit card or similar device to courts, county clerks acting as court clerks, the office of court administration, or sheriffs enforcing court orders

Authorizes the chief administrator to charge a reasonable administrative fee for credit card payments

Extends the online payment system to pre-arraignment bail posted with police departments and state agencies upon agreement with department heads

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law
