Allows disability to be considered only when a physician determines through individualized evaluation that it is medically significant to the transplant procedure itself

Specifies that a person's inability to independently comply with post-transplant medical requirements cannot be used to deny a transplant if they have a support system (family, friends, or community-based services) to assist them

Provides enforcement remedies equivalent to those under the Americans with Disabilities Act and requires courts to prioritize cases alleging violations of this article
