Expands existing prescription label privacy protections to include medications used for gender dysphoria treatment, including gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, pubertal suppressants, anabolic steroids, alpha reductase inhibitors, progestins, and hormone replacement therapy drugs

Allows prescription labels for these medications to display the dispensing health care practice name and address instead of the individual dispenser's name

Permits prescribers to request that their health care practice name appear on the label instead of their personal name for these specific medications

Requires health care prescribers to notify patients when they have substituted the practice name or address for their individual name on prescription labels for these medications

Takes effect immediately upon passage
