Updates statutory citations for foreign fire insurance premium tax provisions from sections 553 and 554 to sections 9104 and 9105 of the insurance law

Expands permitted use of collected foreign fire insurance premium taxes from only "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to general furtherance of the corporation's purposes under section three of the original act

Tax provision amendments apply to premiums received on and after January 1, 2026
