Classifies aggravated reckless driving as a Class A misdemeanor, which is a more serious charge than standard reckless driving (an unclassified misdemeanor)

Retains the existing definition of reckless driving as operating a vehicle in a manner that unreasonably interferes with highway/parking lot use or endangers others

Applies to motor vehicles, motorcycles, and any vehicle propelled by non-muscular power

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
