Establishes a $6,000 property tax exemption for veterans with a 100% permanent and total service-connected disability rating from the VA or Department of Defense

The $6,000 exemption applies regardless of the veteran's real property tax assessment value

This exemption is in addition to existing disability-based property tax exemptions that calculate relief based on disability rating percentage

Takes effect January 1 following enactment and applies to assessment rolls prepared after that date
