Requires housing units to be exclusively occupied by NYC employees, with at least one city employee residing in the unit for more than 50% of the year

Limits eligibility to households with combined income below 125% of the area median income

Prohibits lease renewals or extensions for tenants who no longer meet the employee status, residency, or income requirements
