Amends Civil Practice Law and Rules section 3101 to explicitly require full disclosure of all recordings from police or peace officer body-worn cameras and vehicle-mounted cameras during civil litigation discovery

Mandates disclosure of complete recordings including outtakes, not just portions a party intends to use at trial

Applies to any films, photographs, video tapes, or audio tapes involving parties to civil litigation

Maintains existing exemption for materials compiled for law enforcement purposes that are exempt under Public Officers Law section 87

Takes effect immediately upon passage
