Requires all not-for-profit organizations, charitable organizations, and trustees to file annual disclosure statements with the Attorney General reporting whether funds were spent to pay judgments or settlements related to sexual harassment, sexual assault, or child abuse allegations

Applies to officers, directors, employees, or agents of the organization who are accused of committing the alleged misconduct

Disclosure requirements apply even to organizations otherwise exempt from registration and reporting requirements, unless a court finds the requirement unconstitutional as applied to a specific entity

Organizations already required to file annual financial reports may include the disclosure statement as part of that existing filing

Failure to file or timely file the disclosure statement subjects organizations to the same fines and penalties as failure to file annual financial reports; takes effect 120 days after becoming law
