Authorizes the Commissioner of General Services to transfer approximately 15 acres of state-owned land in Wilton, Saratoga County, to the Veterans and Community Housing Coalition for $1

Requires the transferred land to be used solely for housing and supportive services for public benefit, specifically for homeless and at-risk veterans

Mandates that if the land ceases to be used for its intended housing purpose, title automatically reverts back to New York State

Requires the Veterans and Community Housing Coalition to submit an application within 2 years of the act's effective date, with transfer to be completed within 1 year of application

Act expires and is repealed 3 years after taking effect
