Increases annual funding to Yonkers City School District beyond the current base of $17.5 million

Adds supplemental funding calculated based on the percentage increase in district public enrollment between the 2010-2011 and 2025-2026 school years, multiplied by the district's foundation aid amount

Exempts this funding increase from the provisions of Section 211-d of the Education Law

Funds will be distributed according to existing payment schedules in Education Law Section 3609-a

Takes effect July 1, 2026
