Authorizes the Town of Niagara to discontinue parkland use and convey approximately 0.15 acres of land to Rajendra Sharma for residential construction purposes

Requires the town to dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the alienated parkland toward acquiring new parklands or making capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities

Specifies the land is located in Greenwood Acres, Section No. 2, Part of Lot 11, Township 13, Range 9, adjacent to Joanne Circle North

Requires compliance with any federal requirements if the parkland received federal funding, including obtaining approval from the Secretary of the Interior and ensuring substitute lands are equivalent in fair market value and usefulness

Takes effect immediately upon passage
