Authorizes Sergeant Bethany Kidd of the Seneca Falls Police Department to transfer from her current retirement plan (section 375-i) to the special twenty-year retirement plan (section 384-d), receiving full credit for service since her appointment on February 4, 2014

Requires the Town of Seneca Falls to elect to assume the additional costs by filing a resolution with the state comptroller within 180 days, certifying that Kidd was enrolled in the wrong plan through no fault of her own

Kidd must file a request with the state comptroller within one year to opt into the enhanced retirement plan coverage

Past service costs of approximately $230,000 will be borne by the Town of Seneca Falls, payable as a lump sum or amortized over 10 years at $29,300 annually

Annual contributions for the town will increase by approximately $14,000 starting in fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, with costs varying in future years based on billing rates and salary changes
