Expands the list of "qualified third parties" who can provide written verification of domestic violence for tenants seeking to terminate their residential lease early

Adds probation and corrections staff, child protective services (CPS), school counselors and teachers, substance abuse treatment providers, elder abuse and adult protective services workers, and disability services providers to those authorized to verify domestic violence

Includes the Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the federal Office of Family Violence Prevention and Services as qualifying agencies whose employees can provide verification

Adds licensed cosmetologists to the list of qualified third parties who can verify domestic violence claims

Amends Real Property Law Section 227-c, which allows domestic violence victims to terminate leases upon providing documentation within 25 days of notice to landlord
