Mandates notification by mail to chairpersons of all state party committees and county party committees in the affected county

Requires notification to the state Assembly member, state Senator, and city council member representing the district where the polling place is located

Includes assembly district leaders whose voters are assigned to the affected polling place in the notification requirements

Updates existing law requiring voters to receive written notice of polling place changes at least 5 days before an election, with alternative notice provided at the previous location if mailing is not possible
