Extends the period of probable usefulness to up to 30 years for payments of judgments, compromised claims, or settled claims resulting from child sexual abuse cases brought under CPLR section 214-g (the Child Victims Act revival window)

Applies specifically to school districts, boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES), and school districts created by special act of the legislature

Overrides the standard provisions for judgment payments under subdivision 33 of the local finance law

Allows affected educational entities to finance these child sexual abuse-related liabilities over a longer repayment period through bonding
