Expands the purposes of the Rescue Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association Inc. in Cheektowaga, Erie County to include relief for volunteer members who are disabled, indigent, or injured in the line of duty, as well as their families

Adds new purposes including promoting health and safety of volunteer members, enhancing morale through social and recreational activities, and promoting the volunteer fire service within Walden Fire District No. 2

Broadens the permitted use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105 to cover all corporate purposes outlined in the amended law, rather than limiting use to care of disabled or indigent firefighters and families

Applies the new tax usage provisions to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2026

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
