Extends the expiration date of the self-employment assistance program provisions from December 7, 2025 to December 7, 2027

Amends chapter 413 of the laws of 2003, which originally established the self-employment assistance program under the labor law

Prevents sections eight and nine of the 2003 law from being automatically repealed by pushing back the sunset date by two years

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
