Defines blockchain technology as distributed ledger technology that is decentralized, cryptographically protected, immutable, and auditable, which may be public or private, permissioned or permissionless

Mandates the Board submit a report to the governor and legislature within one year of the act's effective date

Requires evaluation with assistance from experts in blockchain technology, voter fraud, cyber security, voter records, and election results

Directs the Board to consider blockchain technology use in other formats and other states when preparing the report
