Materials must include information on proper care needs, developmental screenings, monitoring, and available healthcare services for premature infants

Requires inclusion of infectious disease prevention methods and community resources for parents and families caring for premature infants

Materials must be written in clear language accessible across socioeconomic statuses, updated at least every two years, with the law taking effect 120 days after enactment
