Analysis must assess the micro-grid's potential to reduce stress on current electrical systems serving the campus

NYSERDA must submit a report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the governor and legislature within 13 months of the act's effective date

Report must include any legislative proposals deemed necessary to implement the authority's recommendations
