Prohibits manufacturers, distributors, and retailers from offering gifts, rewards, or other items to customers purchasing oral nicotine pouches

Extends existing gift/incentive restrictions that already apply to electronic cigarettes to now also cover oral nicotine pouches

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
