Renames the "Nesconset Volunteer Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Nesconset Volunteer Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association" and updates gendered language throughout the 1964 incorporating law

Expands the association's stated purposes to include: relief for disabled, indigent, or injured volunteer members and their families; health and safety provisions; maintaining headquarters; and providing social and recreational activities to enhance morale

Explicitly excludes paid firefighters from membership eligibility in the association

Updates statutory references for foreign fire insurance premium tax collection from sections 553 and 554 to sections 9104 and 9105 of the insurance law

Expands permitted uses of foreign fire insurance premium taxes from only "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to all purposes set forth in the association's expanded purpose section, effective for taxes due on premiums received on or after January 1, 2026
