Requires all school districts in Sullivan County to provide transportation for students who remain at school from 9:30 AM or earlier until 4:00 PM or later, starting with the 2025-2026 school year

Applies to students in grades K-8 living more than 2 miles from school and grades 9-12 living more than 3 miles from school, up to a maximum distance of 15 miles

Students must reside in an area containing at least 50 children within a 5-mile radius to qualify for this transportation

School districts may either provide direct transportation or reimburse licensed transportation carriers under contract for these services

Expenditures for this transportation are eligible for state transportation aid, and districts are not required to spend beyond the amount covered by such aid
