Adds the Commissioner of Education to the New York Interagency Task Force on Trafficking in Persons as a new member

Expands legislative appointments to include two members each from the minority leaders of both the Assembly and Senate, in addition to existing appointments from majority leaders

Requires one task force member to be a survivor of human trafficking, as identified by the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance and Division of Criminal Justice Services

Mandates at least two of the minimum three annual meetings be open for public viewing and participation, and designates the task force as a public body subject to open meetings law requirements

Requires the task force to post meeting agendas and minutes on the OTDA website, and establishes a specific annual reporting deadline of March 1 (beginning March 1, 2026) for reports to the Governor and legislative leaders
