The six affected deputies are Brittany E. Dorn, Noah C. Hunt, Daniel D. Lorenzini, Gordon J. Lopez, Tre C. Fesinger, and Christopher L. Van Dusen

Onondaga County must file a resolution with the state comptroller within 180 days of the act becoming law, certifying the deputies did not miss enrollment due to their own negligence

All past service costs must be paid by Onondaga County, including a one-time payment of approximately $382,000 and an estimated $39,000 increase in annual contributions for fiscal year ending March 31, 2026

Future annual costs are expected to average 5.9% of salary, based on the six members' combined annual salary of approximately $529,000
