Creates a new category of building aid (subdivision 6-j) to reimburse school districts for additional infrastructure costs specifically related to zero-emission school buses, effective through the 2034-2035 school year

Covers "incremental zero-emission school bus storage costs" including facility modifications for wider/taller doors, reinforced structures for heavier buses, advanced fire suppression systems, charge management systems, and new storage facilities required for electric buses

Covers "incremental customer-owned make-ready costs" for electrical infrastructure beyond the utility service point, including conductors, trenching, and electrical panels needed to support bus charging

Aid equals 100% of approved expenditures that are not reimbursable from other state/federal sources or from electric utility company funding

Amends existing clean green schools initiative provisions to include the new zero-emission bus infrastructure aid category alongside other energy efficiency building aid programs
