Directs the Department of Veterans' Services to develop and designate a women veterans history trail in consultation with the New York State Military Museum, Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, and State Historian

Trail may include museums, memorials, battle sites, historic homes, and other commissioner-approved items celebrating women's military service history

Requires the commissioner to issue a public request for information allowing counties, cities, towns, and villages to nominate sites for inclusion in the trail

Permits individuals and organizations, including local veterans' service agencies and congressionally chartered veterans' service organizations, to recommend sites for the trail

Mandates public posting of trail information through the department's website, a free mobile application, press releases, and digital veterans' welcome kiosks statewide

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
