Amends three sections of New York insurance law (sections 3216, 3221, and 4303) to add pelvic floor physical therapy to the list of required maternity services

Current maternity care coverage requirements include parent education, breast or bottle feeding assistance, and maternal/newborn clinical assessments; this bill adds pelvic floor therapy to that list

Takes effect January 1 following enactment and applies to policies issued, renewed, modified, or amended on or after that date

Authorizes regulatory agencies to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage to ensure timely implementation
