Limits practice to treating team athletes, coaches, staff, and delegations associated with the Milan Cortina Winter Olympic Games sliding sports competitions in Lake Placid 2026

Restricts the temporary practice authorization to the period between January 27, 2026 and February 25, 2026

Act automatically expires and is repealed on February 25, 2026
