Changes the notification timeline from "promptly" to "immediately" when informing parents or guardians that an allegation of child abuse in an educational setting has been made regarding their child

Adds "guardian" throughout the statute to ensure guardians receive the same notifications and rights as parents

Applies to situations where the subject child made the allegation as well as when a third party (not the child or parent/guardian) reported the abuse

Updates gendered language from "his or her" to "their" for gender-neutral terminology

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law
