Allows Daniel H. Austic, a police officer with the Trumansburg Police Department appointed on December 16, 2010, to transfer from the section 375-i retirement plan to the special twenty-year retirement plan under section 384-d of the retirement and social security law

Requires the Village of Trumansburg to elect to assume the additional cost by filing a resolution with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date

Places all past service costs on the Village of Trumansburg, including a one-time payment of approximately $3,090 and an estimated $550 annual contribution increase starting fiscal year ending March 31, 2026

Addresses enrollment error where Austic was placed in the wrong retirement plan through no fault of his own
