Renames the "Brockport Exempt Volunteer Firemen's Benevolent Association, Inc." to "Brockport Exempt Volunteer Firefighters' Benevolent Association, Inc." and updates all references from "fire department" to "fire district" throughout the charter

Updates membership eligibility to include volunteer firefighters serving in the Brockport Fire District rather than just the Village of Brockport fire department

Expands the organization's purposes to include promoting health, safety, and morale of volunteer members, providing social and recreational activities, and aiding members who are injured (in addition to those who are disabled or indigent)

Broadens the permitted use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes from solely caring for disabled or indigent firefighters and their families to any purpose that furthers the organization's expanded mission as outlined in the charter

Updates statutory references to current Insurance Law sections (9104 and 9105 instead of 553 and 554), with tax provisions applying to premiums received on or after January 1, 2026
