Clarifies that automatic orders in matrimonial actions take effect immediately upon filing of the summons for plaintiffs and upon service for defendants

Specifies that automatic orders remain in effect until the judgment of divorce is entered or the action is dismissed, discontinued, or stayed, whichever occurs first (replacing the previous "during the pendency of the action" language)

Adds a new requirement that if either party receives notice of a tax lien, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, or lifting of a bankruptcy stay that could adversely affect the marital estate, they must provide written notice to the other party within 10 days

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law
