Establishes that foreign business organizations (corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and associations) that register or apply for authority to do business in New York automatically consent to jurisdiction of New York courts

Consent to jurisdiction applies to all actions brought against the foreign entity by New York residents, domestic business entities, or other foreign entities authorized to do business in the state

Provides that when a foreign business organization surrenders, withdraws, or revokes its registration or authorization to do business in New York, its consent to jurisdiction terminates on that date

Amends multiple statutes including the Civil Practice Law and Rules, Business Corporation Law, General Associations Law, Limited Liability Company Law, Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, and Partnership Law to create uniform consent-to-jurisdiction provisions

Takes effect on January 1 of the year following enactment
