Prohibits health insurers from requiring women aged 35 or older to transfer all embryos from a prior IVF cycle before receiving coverage for a subsequent cycle

Amends Section 3221 of the insurance law governing general insurers providing IVF coverage

Amends Section 4303 of the insurance law governing health corporations (such as HMOs) providing IVF coverage

Maintains existing anti-discrimination protections for IVF coverage based on expected lifespan, disability, medical dependency, quality of life, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, or gender identity

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
