Allows Kevin R. Noterfonzo, a police officer with the Trumansburg Police Department appointed on February 10, 2020, to transfer from the Section 375-i retirement plan to the special twenty-year retirement plan under Section 384-d of the Retirement and Social Security Law

Requires the Village of Trumansburg to elect to assume the additional cost by filing a resolution with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date

Village must certify that the officer did not bar himself from participation in the twenty-year plan due to his own negligence

All past service costs must be borne by the Village of Trumansburg, estimated at approximately $14,800 as a one-time payment

Annual village contributions expected to increase by approximately $4,400 for fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, with future costs varying based on billing rates and salary changes
