Caps pregnancy loss benefits at 67% of the state average weekly wage, rather than the fixed dollar caps that apply to standard disability benefits

Takes effect on January 1st following the first September after enactment, applying to all insurance policies or contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after that date
