Extends the expiration date of a 2021 law allowing the Village of Baldwinsville to use existing village sewer rents for infrastructure projects other than sewer projects from one year to five years

Revives and restores the provisions of the 2021 law (Chapter 198) that had expired, returning them to full force and effect as they existed on August 29, 2022

Takes effect immediately upon passage

Gives Baldwinsville greater flexibility in allocating sewer rent revenues to fund general infrastructure improvements beyond just sewer-related projects
