Extends the expiration date for provisions allowing physical therapy assistant services in public and private primary and secondary schools from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2030

Amends chapter 20 of the laws of 1998, which originally authorized physical therapy assistants to provide services in K-12 school settings

Provides a 5-year extension of the existing authorization, which was last amended in 2020

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
