Extends the expiration date from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030 for provisions allowing certain unlicensed personnel to perform applied behavior analysis duties

Permits employees of programs licensed, certified, or funded by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Office of Children and Family Services, or Office of Mental Health to continue working as behavior analysts without state licensure

Prohibits these unlicensed workers from using professional titles authorized under Article 167 of the education law (such as "licensed behavior analyst" or "certified behavior analyst assistant")

Amends Chapter 554 of the Laws of 2013, which originally established the regulatory framework for applied behavior analysis practitioners in New York
