Allows the part-time judge of the Lackawanna city court to reside anywhere in Erie county, rather than requiring residence within the city of Lackawanna

Repeals the 2018 amendment (chapter 138) to section 2104 of the uniform city court act regarding residency requirements

Updates the 2013 version of the law to add Lackawanna to the list of city courts with expanded residency exceptions

Replaces gendered language ("he or she") with gender-neutral phrasing ("such attorney") in the residency requirement provisions

Takes effect immediately upon passage
