Extends protections to employment contexts, barring employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations from discriminating based on wage history, medical history, or health conditions in hiring, compensation, and terms of employment

Prohibits creditors from discriminating in granting, withholding, or setting terms of credit based on wage history, medical history, or health conditions for housing-related loans

Bans written or oral inquiries, advertisements, or applications that express limitations or discrimination based on these characteristics in housing, employment, and public accommodations
